    A Transformation To Health and Wellness….., January 24, 2014

    I received this well written and concise book as a Christmas gift…Being an athlete and active my whole life I always felt I was on top of my game when it came to health,nutrition and fitness…This total guide to wellness and health proved me totally wrong….From the introduction and throughout Part 1 of this book I quickly realized I needed to make some major changes…With 60 right around the corner the timing couldn’t have been better….With it’s straight forward and common sense approach, it was time to start the “Kitchen Cleanout”….I know with conviction Dr’s Paul and Patrick Baker and Dr.Ryan Berlin have just added many more quality years to my life….Most of the foods I was consuming were at best just barely adequate to sustain a quality of life and I thought I knew!!…The best part of this just the facts book was Part 2 “The Good Stuff”….I use it as a shopping/buying guide, it’s always in my back pocket, during my trip to Whole Foods…

    They offer advice and solutions….Having actual brand names and go to websites makes this a true road map to success….
    I have been on my new regime for over 4 weeks and have lost 7 “bad pounds” and feel like I’m 25 again….I have more energy, sleep a full 8 hrs with no issues and eat a 1/3 of the food I used to eat for my bodies needed nutrition….This was the best gift I have ever received….I had some quick questions for the Dr’s and after an email to them I received a call within the same day….They put me on a Vitamin D3 complex that has had amazing results…The ordering process was simple and they arrived in days…In conclusion not only is this book a Home Run but these Dr’s are for real…They are in it for the health and wellness of their patients and I am thankful for what they have added to my life….

    Doctors Paul and Patrick Baker at Baker Chiropractic in Cincinnati, OH has researched and lived what is stated in this book. It is easy to read and easy to follow. If you have a resolution to start a new healthy you any time of the year this is the book for you. I personally have followed their plan and have lost over 70 pounds reduced my prescription medications from 13 to 3 in 2012 alone. Expect even more out of 2013. You will not regret changing your “Now Life” to a “Beyond Healthy Life”. Life lived the way it was meant to be. The mission of Dr. Paul and Dr. Patrick Baker is to reach and help as many people as possible to gain EXCELLENT health. I know that I am on my way and have obtained much more of it. You can too. Give this book a try you have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

    Simply put- what to eat and what to avoid., September 30, 2012

    This book is laid out so nicely. The first part states what you should NOT eat and why. The second half demonstrates what you should eat and why. I liked the references to specific products. This helps me tremendously while grocery shopping. A good book to have in your library for quick reference and inspiration to lead a healthier life.
